- Do you operate your own fleet, or do you broker shipments to third parties?
- Alvora operates its own fleet of refrigerated, curtain-side and moving floor trailers, and scales beyond it when a shipment needs more capacity than a single lane or trailer provides. Either way, the same team manages your shipment end to end.
- Which countries does Alvora cover?
- We operate across more than 25 countries, with particular depth in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, the Nordics, the Baltics, and the UK and Ireland.
- Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?
- Yes. Our in-house customs team handles declarations across Europe, including the specific UK and Ireland border requirements (ENS, ICS2, GVMS, IPAFFS) — none of this is outsourced.
- Can you move temperature-sensitive or oversized cargo?
- Yes — our refrigerated fleet covers −25°C to +25°C for food and pharma, and our special transport service plans and permits oversized or non-standard loads on a case-by-case basis.
- How do I request a quote?
